How do I place an order?

Browse our curtain collections, select your size and color, then add to cart and complete checkout through our secure payment gateway.

What payment methods do you accept?

How can I track my order?

Once your curtains ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping & returns

Where do you ship?

Currently, we offer domestic shipping across Australia. International shipping isn’t available at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all orders, no minimum required.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

What’s your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Curtains must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How do I initiate a return?

Email sales@casavelata.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return authorization and next steps.

Machine Wash & Dry

– Remove all hooks and place curtains in the supplied laundry bag.

– Machine-wash on a delicate cold-water cycle; do not spin dry.

– Hang to dry in the shade, then warm, dry-iron only—no steam—to avoid excess shrinkage.

Shrinkage

Curtains are made from UV-stabilized polyester and may shrink up to 3%—this is already factored into our sizing.
