This warranty is given by Scotch Holland Pty Ltd (Australia) offers a 1-year limited warranty. All claims for defective goods including fabrics must be reported within 30 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of either the consumer or the installer(s) to check all goods are complete and made to specifications without fault or damage at time of installation or within 30 days of purchase. Scotch Holland Ply Lid accepts no responsibility for third party claims incurred beyond this point.
The warranty covers manufacturers defects in materials, workmanship, and normal use. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced it the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the falure does not amount to a major failure. The warranty excludes damage resulting from product misuse or product neglect. Third party claims for unauthorized warranty claims will not be honored.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as this will authenticate your warranty. Any claim must be within the warranty period (s) stated from the date of purchase.
